联合国妇女地位委员会第69届会议于2025年3月10日-21日在纽约联合国总部举行。本届会议聚焦审议《北京宣言》和《行动纲领》的落实进展，旨在推动全球性别平等与妇女赋权事业。会议期间，特别设置了民间社会论坛环节，邀请全球民间组织举办平行活动，深入探讨妇女地位委员会优先主题，为与会者提供了一个交流与合作的广阔平台。

3月17日由中国民间国际交流促进会指导支持，北京市光明慈善基金会、世界亚裔女性联盟、美国罗丹国际艺术家基金会、日本国际技术交流协会、非洲视野联合主办CSW69平行论坛“关注女性力量、关爱孤独症儿童及‘爱与希望’艺术特展”，中华同心温暖工程基金会岐黄公益专项公益基金发起人王雅文发表主旨发言如下：

大家好！

hello everyone!

我是来自北京市光明慈善基金会的王雅文，来自中国山东临沂。很荣幸能在联合国的舞台，分享中国女性在孤独症公益慈善领域的故事。我也是山东睿雅大健康产业集团的董事长，一路的创业经历，让我深刻理解女性力量，也坚定了投身公益的信念。

I am Wang Yawen from Beijing Guangming Charity Foundation, from Linyi, Shandong, China.  It is an honor to share the stories of Chinese women in the field of autism charity on the stage of the United Nations.  I am also the chairman of Shandong Ruiya Health Industry Group. My entrepreneurial experience has deepened my understanding of womens power and strengthened my belief in dedicating myself to public welfare.

1998年，我踏入市场营销领域。那时，女性创业常被质疑，传统观念认为女性应以家庭为主。但我坚信女性也能在商业有所成就。凭借对市场的敏锐感知和不懈努力，我取得了初步成绩。2008年，我又进军装饰工程行业。这个领域对技术、管理和市场开拓能力要求很高，身为女性，面临的压力更大。但我没有退缩，带领团队学习、实践，最终在这个行业站稳脚跟。这些经历让我明白，女性只要勇敢突破，就能实现价值。 2018年，我在沂蒙山区创办睿雅大健康产业集团。大健康产业对个人和社会都意义重大，虽然挑战重重，但我看到了其中的希望。集团专注于器官康复、养生养老、高端医疗等业务，致力于为人们提供全面的健康服务，尤其关注老年人和特殊群体。

In 1998, I entered the field of marketing.  At that time, female entrepreneurship was often questioned, and traditional beliefs believed that women should prioritize their families.  But I firmly believe that women can also achieve success in business.  With my keen perception of the market and unremitting efforts, I have achieved preliminary results.  In 2008, I entered the decoration engineering industry again.  This field requires high skills in technology, management, and market development, and as a woman, the pressure is even greater.  But I didnt back down, led the team to learn and practice, and ultimately established a firm foothold in this industry.  These experiences have taught me that as long as women are brave enough to break through, they can realize their value.  In 2018, I founded Ruiya Health Industry Group in the Yimeng Mountain area.  The big health industry is of great significance to both individuals and society. Although there are many challenges, I see hope in it.  The group focuses on organ rehabilitation, health preservation and elderly care, high-end medical services, and is committed to providing comprehensive health services for people, with particular attention to the elderly and special groups.

在大健康领域，我们重点研究孤独症康复。孤独症是一种复杂的神经发育障碍，影响着全球数百万儿童和家庭。我们团队经过大量研究发现，自闭症和肠道健康关系密切。肠道细菌过度生长，会引发身体炎症，影响大脑免疫细胞，导致神经系统紊乱，进而引发发育问题。肠道和大脑通过“脑肠轴”相连，肠道不健康，毒素会影响大脑，引发多种神经炎症疾病，包括自闭症。

In the field of big health, we focus on researching autism rehabilitation.  Autism is a complex neurodevelopmental disorder that affects millions of children and families worldwide.  Our team has found through extensive research that autism is closely related to gut health.  Excessive growth of intestinal bacteria can cause inflammation in the body, affect immune cells in the brain, lead to neurological disorders, and ultimately cause developmental problems.  The gut and brain are connected through the "brain gut axis". If the gut is unhealthy, toxins can affect the brain and cause various neuroinflammatory diseases, including autism.

基于这些发现，我们和国内专家合作，研发出一套针对孤独症的治疗方法。这个方法从肠道健康管理入手，结合提升免疫力、饮食管理和营养支持，恢复自主神经功能。它不仅对孤独症有效，对创伤性脑损伤、阿尔茨海默病等多种疾病也有显著效果。 有个来自河北唐山的男孩，五岁时患上自闭症，后来还发展出狂躁症和精神分裂。2020年我们开始为他治疗，第一周就有好转，他能主动说话了，这让他妈妈看到了希望。之后，他的病情持续改善，能陪妈妈散步，还能去超市帮忙。看到这个家庭重新有了欢笑，我们也更有动力。目前，我们已经帮助上百个孤独症儿童和患病老人改善了生活。

d on these findings, we have collaborated with domestic experts to develop a set of treatment methods for autism.  This method starts with gut health management, combining immune enhancement, dietary management, and nutritional support to restore autonomic nervous system function.  It is not only effective for autism, but also has significant effects on various diseases such as traumatic brain injury and Alzheimers disease.  There is a boy from Tangshan, Hebei who suffered from autism at the age of five and later developed mania and schizophrenia.  We began to treat him in 2020, and he improved in the first week. He was able to speak on his own initiative, which gave his mother hope.  Afterwards, his condition continued to improve and he was able to take walks with his mother and even go to the supermarket to help.  Seeing this family regain laughter, we are also more motivated.  At present, we have helped hundreds of autistic children and elderly patients improve their lives.

作为中国女性，我深知我们的成长离不开社会支持。在中国，越来越多女性在各领域发光发热，推动社会进步。在大健康领域，中国女性同样积极奉献，关注全人类的健康。 “让天下人健康长寿”是睿雅大健康产业集团的使命，也是我的追求。为了实现这个目标，我们会继续研究肠道和大脑健康的关系，开发更多更好的治疗方法，为特殊群体提供更优质的服务。

As a Chinese woman, I deeply understand that our growth cannot be separated from social support.  In China, more and more women are shining in various fields, promoting social progress.  In the field of big health, Chinese women also actively contribute and pay attention to the health of all mankind.  The mission of Ruiya Health Industry Group is to promote the health and longevity of people worldwide, and it is also my pursuit.  To achieve this goal, we will continue to study the relationship between gut and brain health, develop more and better treatment methods, and provide better services for special populations.

在此，我呼吁全球女性一起加入健康事业，尤其是孤独症公益慈善。女性有着独特的优势，我们细心、有爱心，在关爱特殊群体方面能发挥重要作用。每一位女性的力量汇聚起来，就能成为推动孤独症公益事业发展的强大动力。让我们用女性的坚韧和智慧，为孤独症患者及其家庭带来更多希望，让他们也能享受健康、美好的生活。

Here, I call on women around the world to join the health cause, especially autism charity.  Women have unique advantages. We are attentive and caring, and can play an important role in caring for special groups.  The collective strength of every woman can become a powerful driving force for the development of autism public welfare.  Let us use the resilience and wisdom of women to bring more hope to individuals with autism and their families, so that they can also enjoy a healthy and beautiful life.

各位代表，女士们、先生们，今天我站在这里，希望能让大家看到中国女性在孤独症公益慈善中的力量。我相信，只要全球女性携手努力，就能在孤独症康复领域取得更大的突破，创造一个更包容、更有爱的世界。让我们一起为孤独症患者点亮希望之光，用女性力量书写公益慈善的美好篇章！

Ladies and gentlemen, today I stand here, hoping to show you the power of Chinese women in autism charity work.  I believe that as long as women around the world work together, we can make greater breakthroughs in the field of autism rehabilitation and create a more inclusive and loving world.  Lets light up the light of hope for people with autism together and write a beautiful chapter of public welfare and charity with the power of women!
