联合国妇女地位委员会第69届会议于2025年3月10日-21日在纽约联合国总部举行。本届会议聚焦审议《北京宣言》和《行动纲领》的落实进展，旨在推动全球性别平等与妇女赋权事业。会议期间，特别设置了民间社会论坛环节，邀请全球民间组织举办平行活动，深入探讨妇女地位委员会优先主题，为与会者提供了一个交流与合作的广阔平台。

3月17日由中国民间国际交流促进会指导支持，北京市光明慈善基金会、世界亚裔女性联盟、美国罗丹国际艺术家基金会、日本国际技术交流协会、非洲视野联合主办CSW69平行论坛“关注女性力量、关爱孤独症儿童及‘爱与希望’艺术特展”，李林理事长发表欢迎致辞如下：

 

尊敬的各位嘉宾、尊贵的女士们、先生们：

在这个充满意义与期待的时刻，我——北京市光明慈善基金会的理事长李林，满怀荣幸地站在这里，代表北京市光明慈善基金会及我们的合作伙伴——世界亚裔女性联盟、美国罗丹国际艺术家基金会和日本国际技术交流协会，向拨冗出席2025年联合国妇女地位委员会第69届会议平行论坛——“关注女性力量、关爱孤独症儿童及艺术特展”的每一位嘉宾致以最热烈的欢迎与最深切的感激。

At this meaningful and anticipated moment, I, Li Lin, President of the Beijing Guangming Charity Foundation, am honored to stand here and represent the Beijing Guangming Charity Foundation and our partners - the World Alliance of Asian Women, the Rodin International Artists Foundation, and the Japan International Technical Exchange Association - to extend our warmest welcome and deepest gratitude to every guest who took the time to attend the parallel forum of the 69th session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women in 2025- "Focusing on Womens Power, Caring for Autistic Children, and Art Exhibition".

您的到来，如同温暖的阳光穿透云层，不仅照亮了我们前行的道路，更是对全球女性力量崛起与孤独症儿童福祉的深切关怀与坚定支持。自2014年成立以来，北京市光明慈善基金会始终坚守公益初心，特别是在“星星工程”项目中，我们创新脑康复训练体系，为孤独症儿童及其家庭点亮了希望的灯塔，同时，我们也积极拥抱国际视野，致力于提升中国慈善事业在全球的影响力。

Your arrival is like warm sunshine penetrating through clouds, not only illuminating our path forward, but also showing deep concern and firm support for the rise of global womens power and the well-being of children with autism. Since its establishment in 2014, Beijing Guangming Charity Foundation has always adhered to the original intention of public welfare, especially in the "Star Project" project. We have innovated the brain rehabilitation training system, lighting a beacon of hope for children with autism and their families. At the same time, we actively embrace an international perspective and are committed to enhancing the global influence of Chinas charity cause.

今天，我们携手三家杰出的非营利组织，在联合国妇女地位委员会这一崇高平台上，共同开启这场融合女性力量、孤独症儿童关爱与艺术梦想的平行论坛。我们希望通过艺术这一无国界的语言，传递爱、希望与理解，激发社会各界对孤独症儿童的深切关注与广泛支持，同时，我们也呼吁国际社会携手共进，为女性权益的捍卫与性别平等的推进贡献更多力量。

Today, we join hands with three outstanding non-profit organizations to launch a parallel forum that integrates the power of women, care for children with autism, and artistic dreams on the noble platform of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. We hope to use art as a borderless language to convey love, hope, and understanding, and inspire deep concern and broad support from all sectors of society for children with autism. At the same time, we also call on the international community to work together and contribute more to the defense of womens rights and the promotion of gender equality.

我们坚信，本次论坛的深入交流与思想碰撞，将为孤独症儿童及其家庭带来更加坚实的关爱与保障，也将为女性权益的提升注入新的活力与智慧。我们期待与各位嘉宾并肩同行，在公益的道路上不断前行，共同书写全球公益事业的新篇章。

We firmly believe that the in-depth exchanges and ideological collisions at this forum will bring more solid care and protection to children with autism and their families, and inject new vitality and wisdom the promotion of womens rights. We look forward to walking side by side with all the guests, continuously advancing on the path of public welfare, and jointly writing a new chapter in global public welfare.
